How to embed a Tweet?

Hmm... yeah I don't see an option on mobile like I do on desktop.

Can anyone who posts tweets from mobile confirm if they're seeing the same thing as Scarlet or something different?

My mobile will only let me post the URL so I must be missing something, too.

 
When I post a tweet from mobile, I select the share button on the tweet:

Then I just choose "Copy link to tweet"

Then post the link in my HuskerBoard post and let it load the tweet, then post

Yeah, I didn't get the option to paste as plain text.  But it just automatically embedded.

Perhaps different phones handle it differently?   :dunno

 
Tweets not embedding correctly for anyone else right now?

I copy and paste the link as always, starts to embed with the tweet appearing to "load" and then disappears with only a small blank box the length of the text entry field in its place where the tweet should be.

Is it just me, or...?

Are you sure the Tweet you're trying to post didn't get deleted?

I think it was a glitch with the specific tweet itself or something that somehow rendered it impossible to embed.

I just embedded the first part of the tweet and copy pasted the text from the second part. No biggie.

 
I think twitter had an issue today. Couldn't load it for a while, and couldn't embed tweets into forums.
