Husker Fans Continue to Impress

Ya. Turns out fan attendance generally doesn't matter then. Cuz if that's the case we should be a powerhouse program in all sports, which we're not, in any at this time. (with exception of volleyball)

We're good in those sports but not great. (again, exception of Volleyball)

Our best men's sport (arguable) doesn't even get a decent following (Wrestling)

Let me also state, to spin it more positively than my last post.

It does show the extreme loyalty the fans of Nebraska have to any sport. That is definitely impressive.

What's so wrong about tweeting out information like this? Husker fans SHOULD be proud of how well they turn out and support their athletic teams.

or sometimes it means that people don't have anything else to do with their time and money...

Not a dig here, but other locales have competing interests for people's leisure time which might play into the answer to "Well, what are we going to do this weekend?"

Other than going to other sporting events, I'm not sure what other places have to offer that Lincoln/Omaha don't. To be fair, you could make that argument about rural Nebraska (which isn't to say that there isn't plenty to do out there if you're so inclined) but there are plenty of things other than going to a Husker game to do on the weekends here. Special occasion notwithstanding, I'd pass up on any of them to go to a Husker game.
