You cant do that. The NCAA mandates how many practices you can have, and it isnt very many of them.
The NCAA sucks. They have their heads so far up their you-know-whats.

Perfect example being how they instituted a rule limiting the size of media guides. :WTH

how was practice today????
Okay just got back from practice.

*Zack Taylor just looks like he's worked with Callahan for years. It's amazing how well they work together. As usual, he was accurate and into practice.

*During some 7 on 7 work, the defense won a couple plays and Steve Octavian was quite vocal and animated. We might have our "Captain Wistrom."

*Harrison Beck looked good at times, but floated a pass or two. Just some freshman jitters. I still have never seen anyone throw the ball harder. And man, he got big since last summer. Big back side and arms.

*New recruit Matt Slauson was on hand. Quite large, but 6'7"??

*Franz Hardy will be starting. He's a tiny guy, but soft, smooth hands. Good route runner.

*T. Nunn will be solid WR.

*As big as Roark is, many of the other guys are obviously bigger, for obvious reasons. Of course, he showed great effort when he got reps.

*N. Suh is a monster. You can't tell him apart from the other upperclassmen. He's lean, quick and very muscular.

*M. Lucky made some nice cuts and runs, but has alot to learn.

All in all, for the first practice it looks like things went really well. Callahan and Co. look lie there in mid-season form. GO BIG RED.

ETR, was the practice indoor or outdoor? I was informed earlier that the practice was indoor and closed to the public and Media and that the only thing that was allowed was 5 minutes of picture taking by the media while the team warmed up.

Thanks for the report ETR...for the first day, sounds like everything went awesome! Only good news from Lincoln so far, hope that never changes.

GBR! :horns2
