The kids were up for the start of the season, in terms of spirit. It was great to see the immediate answer on special teams, for example.
We won, They don't ask how pretty...
Tanner and his corps of receivers impressed overall.
I liked Ozigbo pretty well and it would seem he's legit third-string...
Third quarter defense wasn't bad.
We converted 3/3 on third and short (is what the radio told me).

There are still too many people calling themselves Husker fans who can't get over their feelings (predictions?) about the coaching staff.
There are still too many people calling themselves Husker fans who can't stop sharing how they can't get over their feelings about the coaching staff.
BTN devoted a lot of time to footage of Michigan players patting themselves on the back (over their win against punchless Florida) ahead of our game.
It takes too long for me to get some decent stats on these teams (which is about all I usually post), what with how many P5 schools are not playing other P5 schools.
All in all, I'm just excited to have college football back. Go...Big...Red!
