Huskers get former 5* TE

HuskerNMO

All-Conference
Posted this in rumorville about 15 minutes ago, but Rivals confirmed it just a bit ago with his high school coach. He will walk on this fall and be on scholly in January, three to play two, but will have to sit out this year.

Kavario was the #3 TE by Scout (5*) and a Top 100 by Rivals, 4*. He was dismissed from Washington this summer for undisclosed reasons.https://huskerboard.com/xf/index.ph..._0&&do=findComment&comment=635216

:snacks:

This is almost like a recruiting win for us, and being a 3 to play 2 guy, he effective replaces Chase Harper from last year's class.

If his head is on straight, he's a big upgrade over Harper

Wait....what happened to Chase Harper???
He didn't make grades, will spend another semester at juco, not thought to be a part of the teams plans any longer.

Wait I just realized... does anyone know why exactly Kavario chose to come to NU? We weren't listed on his Rivals/Scout, and fittingly, b/c he's a Washington kid.

Any relation to Lazarri???
