And their QB has been banged up off and on...so resting their starter and focusing on winning vs. Rutgers may be their best strategy for now (remember, they're trying to get the program back on the right track, and going to a bowl is more important than risking their starting QB on a long-shot upset at DoNU.)I think their starting QB is out or might be.
