13. Nebraska. Tim Miles will try to rebound from a disappointing season. Having Terran Petteway return for his senior season would help Miles, who already has seen Tarin Smith and Walter Pitchford leave early. David Rivers is graduating. Shavon Shields will be a building block along with Benny Parker and Taj Webster.

Wow. Maybe they bought in a little too much after the NCAA tournament appearance. Now it's back to sell! sell! sell!

Is there ever just an in between? You know, where we don't expect miracles but we don't put them in the basement either? Miles and company overachieved with the roster they had when they made the tournament. That team was fortunate more than they were good. Last year they underachieved, all of them did. I don't know that anyone should really know what to expect but I don't expect the to bottom out.

 
I would guess 7th, and that blind guess probably has as much ground to stand on as the BTN writer's guess.

 
Could we at least see a finalized roster before the avalanch of predictions arrive..............?
