Amen. So irritating. Go on StubHub and see where the most costly seats are found. Mid court. Why would I want watch play from the end line?On TV, it's great to see what's happening in the near court. But, you can't see what's going on in the far court. Have the normal camera angle during live play. Then, if you want to show something in a replay, the base line view is perfectly fine.
For football, I actually like sitting in the endzone. Thats where I’m sitting for the USC game. You can watch plays develop.Amen. So irritating. Go on StubHub and see where the most costly seats are found. Mid court. Why would I want watch play from the end line?

In person, end line seats are the best. It's easier to see blocks set up, see the defense, see the lines on hits/serves. For some reason that just doesn't translate well to TV.
They need to have a camera on the net, opposite R1, and two more, on opposite angles of the court.
