From ESPN.com story...

Nebraska (4-3, 1-2 Big 12) has yielded 40 points in four of its past five games. The Cornhuskers had never allowed 40 points four times in any previous season in the 118-season history of the program

Parity means the games will be closer against teams you used to demolish 77-10, and teams that used to be footnotes can now challenge the big boys, and beat them more than 1 in 10 tries. It does not mean you should be 104 in total defense.

It's parity. :)
The parity thing has been misunderstood. Its not parity with all NCAA football teams, its parity on our football team. Our RB's, LB's, Kickers, water boys, cheerleaders, etc all play at the same level right now.
XDDDD

Exactly. Although I think our failures can be attributed with sagging confidence and attitude more than poor coaching...well, we'll see. Hard to make judgments on this.
