If Bo pulls Owa and Carnes

I know that much recruiting prowess was placed on the last staff, much more than this one. At times, it was deservedly so. It's clear these two talents would choose Nebraska if geography would permit. But if Bo can land these dudes, he has truly come full circle. Go get those studs Bo.

I'm going to call it that we get Owa and Carnes but we'll miss on Cooper who stays at Illinois if FSU doesn't offer

realisticly i think they will offer but maybe the depth issue might scare him ( dont know if he's one of those kdis that it might not.. .but some recruits are as we know)

i think its stoops guy and he wants him there so i dont know if Cooper is gonna go down there without knowing that he might get an offer.....

unless he really wants to hit up the town for a free mini vacation......

he gets the offer and committs......

 
I'll take Owa, cooper, and either godfrey or carnes..... and a large order of curly fries.

I really think we have a good shot at 3 of the 4. that would make this a very respectable class(though defense heavy)

I don't know, good curly fries are hard to find. I would say that makes our chances good to get 2 of the 4.

He wont stay at Illinois if FSU doesnt offer. I would bet that he would go to ND before Illinois.

You may be correct about going to ND before Illinois but why would he go to ND besides their academics? I think ND is in the same boat as FSU with coaching changes and I would not trust Brian Kelly one bit.....dude didn't even stay to coach Cinci in the BCS bowl game. Honestly I think Brian only cares about himself and not the players and he's only a offensive coach who lacks in the defensive part of the game.

I think he goes to Florida State with Stoops because of their relationship and if not might stay close to home with Illinois....which I don't think Illinois is the right place either.

Why he doesn't come to Nebraska is beyond me. Bo Pelini has 2 years under his belt and now has Nebraska improving year after year and our defense is continuously getting better. Not only that but we have a solid coaching staff that have been together for almost 3 years.

Cooper will go to these schools because:

Notre Dame - Academics

Illinois - Close to home

Florida State - Stoops and if offered a scholly

Nebraska - Solid coaching staff and our dominate performance the previous 2 years.

 
A lot of "people in the know" seem torn on whether or not Cooper will end up at NU. Some think he is all but done, heck he almost committed to NU the other week before Stoops called him, and yet some think he will go to FSU. We shall see. Would love to have him.
