What area do you consider Dundee? Like, streets

What area would you consider close enough to UNO for rental homes?

Just curious on your thoughts.

Technically Dundee stretches all the way to Leavenworth but realistically it ends well before that.

To me it felt like Dundee was always 48th and dodge to 48th and Webster, then to 52 and Webster to 52nd and Dodge and back when I lived there.v

Agreed with that. When I lived there, Dundee Residents didn't count anything South of 48th as being part of their neighborhood.

As for rental homes close to UNO... you could rent all the way up to 72nd and down to 48th for a safer area. Anything further South, your getting into more of a crime rate area. Personally, depending what your looking at and price range, I would look for a place over by 85th street, from Dodge to Blondo. Good neighborhood, quiet and not too far. About 2.5 miles away from UNO.

Have a buddy who lives off 30th and Harney. Actually a nice area with Midtown right there. Have drove through Areas by UNO and who knows where else that people consider unsafe. There are some impressively nice houses in the Midtown/UNO area. Only place I stay away from is north Omaha for obvious reasons.

38th and Dodge has a lot of drug activity, and have a few college living houses there. Its not as bad as the neighborhood from Saddle Creek to 40th, and some parts behind there, but your out of Dundee at that time, IMO. Midtown is a nice area, but I wasn't going that far in my references from UNO.

Yeah, sorry I might not have been more clear, Dundee, Midtown and a few areas in Benson (now that it is becoming "cool) are places where me and my partners look for investment properties. Dundee is ideal because you can basically get renters that go to UNO, CU, UNMC and people that just want to live in that area.
