This is going to be the longest offseason, ever...

I haven't been on here for a week or so, in hopes that time would speed up, but that's just not the case. Reading some of these threads, we're all kids, waiting for santa fly his fat butt down the chimney...

:bang already is the longest off season ever....they should make a movie about it...like "The Longest Yard" it could be called "The Longest Off Season". :rollin

 
I saw a poll on one of the news stations saying 84% of Nebraskans are already thinking of next falls football season. The funny thing is 16% said no and 0% said they follow other teams.

Haha! The 16 percent are woman who could care less about football and of course no one else follows other teams. The only team I can think of to follow are the Mavericks (where I am an alum), and while they fielded a good team this year, it's hard to get excited about D2 football. Who knew. :dunno

Imagine what it must have been like without all the medai in recruiting and spring practice coverage

 
It has already been a long off-season, but I think once spring ball gets here things will pick up. Summer always goes fast and before we know it it's July and August and we're talking about the opening game.

I think the difficult part of the off-season is behind us, that being bowl season.
