New York landlords finally turn up the heat.

People in Nebraska have the last cookout before it gets cold.

20 above zero:

People in Miami all die.

Nebraskans close the windows.

Zero:

Texans fly away to Mexico.

People in Nebraska get out their winter coats.

10 below zero:

Hollywood disintegrates.

The Girl Scouts in Nebraska are selling cookies door to door.

20 below zero:

Washington DC runs out of hot air.

People in Nebraska let the dogs sleep indoors.

30 below zero:

Santa Claus abandons the North Pole.

Nebraskans get upset because they can't start the Snow-mobile

40 below zero:

ALL atomic motion stops.

People in Nebraska start saying...”Cold enough fer ya?”

Hell freezes over.

Nebraska public schools will open 2 hours LATE

 
Lucky for me it was 70+ today whew

possible high of 78 tomorrow and rain with a high of only 64 on Thursday brrrr :)

That's what happened last week when it snowed. Now this weeks been in the upper 40s to 50s.

 
Actually, on Friday, it's supposed to get up to 55 in Omaha...I was planning on wearing shorts and play some football. :w00t

This thread is particularly humorous when you consider that two inches of snow just shut down the entire United Kingdom.

 
Am I a bigger badass since I'm from Wisconsin? Cause I've lived in both Nebraska and Wisconsin, and Nebraska public schools close the night before if there is some big storm coming...In Wisconsin I've gone to school when it snowed 10 inches overnight...

Very similiar to NY state. When we lived there we'd get a foot of snow and school was still on the next morning. The most snow I've ever seen in one over night snow fall was 52". I love it when lake effect snow and a noreaster meet at the same time..

On MLK day it was 35 degrees (if that) and it was perfect football weather
