Just curious if anybody knows what happened/what the current status is of the OU wide receiver that took a huge hit in last Saturday's game and was down for a couple minutes.

I tried to check some different online newspaper sites but didn't see anything about it.

Haven't heard anything on him, but heard this morning Auston English and Brody Eldrige are out for the rest of the season as a result of the game

I'm fairly sure that he came back into the game late in the second half. Number 80 wide receiver correct? If so, he was back in the game.

According to newsok.com...

Eldridge suffered an AC sprain to his shoulder, similar to the injury that eventually knocked quarterback Sam Bradford out for the year. Eldridge tried to come back and play with the injury in the third quarter but only lasted a series.

English ruptured a tendon in his ankle during the first quarter, forcing him to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines. Stoops said English is expected to undergo surgery to repair the tendon Tuesday morning.

I think the injured OU receiver was #80 Tennel. Eldridge is a converted OL who now plays TE . . . I don't think he'd be downfield that far. Also fairly sure that Tennel came back into the game.

Feel free to correct me if someone finds otherwise.

Yeah Tennel did come back in. In fact I think he had a pretty good reception later in the game. I think he had the wind knocked out him from the way it looked.
