A good idea, imo. Line and touch calls are pretty tough to make at the speed the game moves.

Yeah, you can hardly go a match on TV without the announcers asking why volleyball doesn't have replay. Good plan.

It sounds like the referee will go to the monitor and make the decision, is that right? Just like basketball?

Yeah, the coach will have to make the request. Not sure yet how they are going to do that (i.e. throw the red flag, etc) and they haven't stated how many reviews can be requested...or if there will be a penalty (timeouts) if review upholds original call. My guess would be one review per set.

For line calls I wish they would look at how tennis does it.

Article said the original proposal was two per match but they've changed it to three.

Yeah, I'm not much of a tennis fan but HawkEye is pretty sweet (other than the name).
