Players need to get that attitude. Coaches can't do it themselves.

Cindarella story? Yes. However, just remember that when we were winning back to back NC's they didn't even have a football program! Also, everyone comes into the state of Florida and hand picks the best talent. They aren't laden with talent. However, they are very well coached. Chicken or the egg? I'll take great coaching any day over great talent. There have been all kinds of examples of how great coaching has beaten great talent the last 5 years.

But, that is Dan McCarney, assistant head coach & DL coach for the Bulls.

I don't see the coincidence; although, good for Coach Mac, who seems to be a classy guy who stuck by ISU's side for way too long.

I was referring to their head coach who's been there from the very beginning when they first got their football program started 11 years ago. I'm not sure I see the coincidence at all!
