This season got derailed when all the Penn St stuff happened and then Dylan getting hurt. that Minnesota game was the eye opener, because we laid an egg with Dylan. So even though Dylan is a better overall passer, he was the QB for the game that might go down as our worst of the season. Its the whole team that needs upgraded.

He's not getting fired for 4-5 more years. We dug our own grave with this extension. Here are the rough buyout numbers, after each season, in millions:

26 - 63.9
27 - 54.9
28 - 44.55
29 - 33.75

We will fire him in a year or two and have to pay a big buyout. It is the Nebraska way

I dunno, the Targeting was worth 2 points, possession of the ball and one of Uowas starters out for the rest of the game... Seems like a pretty freaking major blown call, that might have changed the outcome of the game a bit.

If we would have lost this game to Iowa and it was close obviously we all would have been upset and disappointed.

But to lose the game like this...

Sorry to say it, extension or not: Matt Rhule is on the hot seat.
