Not really any ground breaking info, if you follow recruiting at all, but the article does a good job of putting Midwest recruiting in perspective. They even praise Nebraska some. The graphic below paints the picture of why you see Nebraska putting more emphasis in Ohio.

What JUMPED OUT at me was that Texas and Florida signed basically the same number to D-1........yet Texas has more than 4 TIMES the number of athletes to choose from..........!

my thoughts exactly. the ratios are kind of shocking. now I understand a little better why Texas recruiting is sometimes overhyped. They are sifting through 160,000 kids to find those 350.
