yep, hopefully they come out playing well and Maric stays out of foul trouble. This is a game that the Huskers should win if Maric has a good game.

 
Nebraska lost 69-63. I didn't get a chance to hear the game, but from what I heard we could not make any shots outside. Story of the year.

It wasn't a question of not putting it up, they were putting alot of pressure on the perimeter and not double teaming Maric, therefore we were going inside.. we lost because we shot 34% from the field and couldn't make the freethrows when we needed them.

I wouldn't blame coach on this. Our team is young and they played like crap all around last night. No one could buy a shot...we shot terribly and ISU had I don't know how many Offensive rebounds...

yes blame the coach, isn't he the one who spends at least 45 minutes each practice to practice giving the ball to Maric, I know that Sadler is a good coach but when he publicly says they want to have maric touch the ball on every possession, we needed to step up and we couldn't

Maric is a little overrated, because of growing up in Australia he never played on the streets without fouls, europeans put their kids in leauges from the age of four Maric needs to toughen up and be a man

all in all the whole team needed to step up

Ummmmmmmmmmmm......Maric did have 36 points..........So it sounds like they did give him the ball.......now its the other guys job to step and score once in a while too. Maric is a little overrated I'll give ya that (especially when playing the big boys, i.e. Kansas) but I dont think you could ask much more of him during that game.

 
We need a impact player and MARIC is not one. Yes he gets his points and is the best we have but we need someone to create shots and make others better.

 
t-bone we have the guy you are talking about actually three (Perry, Anderson, Richardson) but Doc doesn't care about them all he wants to do is give the ball to Maric, and I wasn't saying that Maric didn't have a good game I was saying if that is who has to get the ball on every possession then he needs to have a bigger game, that's why I said to spread the ball around more
