The key to a Nebraska win is making Michigan 1 dimensional. They have to shut down the run from the get go. Don't let their running game get going. They have been a pretty poor rushing team all year and that needs to stay that way.
Then they do need to rush the passer. BP needs to go away from his natural tendency to want to play coverage and blitz the QB. Gardner's confidence isn't that high right now they need to get after him. He is athletic for sure, but he isn't anywhere close to as elusive as Cain Colter.
