Is it safe to say that we are playing Arizona in the Holiday Bowl?

According to the Holiday Bowl's website, it says that it is played on Dec. 30th, @ 5pm. Please tell me that that time is PST.

Not 100 %, but I'm fairly positive that it is Pacific time. Game usually starts at 7 pm in Omaha. In fact, our tickets that I just looked at say 5:00 pm and that would be "local" (San Diego) time.
