Haven't heard "Spain-Oh" yet lol.
The guys from LJS and OWH pronounce it "Span-Oh" in their video coverages.

Who cares until he can play and does play, then I am sure he will make sure that everyone knows how to pronounce his name. The only one that needs to know right now is Bo.

I always assumed span-oh until I saw Sean Callahan on a WOWT video saying spawn-oh twice a few days ago.
Let's remember, many people (including Osborne) never quite figured out the right pronunciation for Berringer (RIP). And nobody was ever quite sure if it was K-E-Y-O-U or K-E-Y-U-O Craver (it's the latter, FWIW).
