Is Section 21 the visitors section?

We are looking for some tickets to the Texas Tech game. Ironically we are from Texas but are Huskers fans. I can buy 3 tickets in section 21 for $450 which doesn't seem all that bad but I was thinking this was typically the visitors section, no?

I hate to sit with a bunch of the enemy the whole game.

That is the visitor section as well as the high end of section 19.

I just need 3, but I really want to sit on the side somewhere, as we don't get to go very often. I figure I'll have to pay a good chunk for 3 but it will be worth it!
