So long story short, planning a trip for this Spring to the Sandhills as part of a larger overall trip. Never been (live in North Carolina) but have heard it's spectacular. Obviously the area itself is vast and there's a lot to do. In the process of planning out our trip but probably will have 3-4 days to be in the area when all is said and done.
With that being said- what are the best sites/attractions? I've been using this as my guide/reference but would love some first hand experience and advice if anyone can provide it. Where should I aim to fly into? Best places to see? Best attractions and/or activities? Going to be two people in their late 20's (me and gf). Thanks!
