my personal feel-good story from last night's game was watching Will Henry pull in that 24 yd. reception, even though it was in garbage time. That was his 2nd career reception as a Husker and I was thrilled to see him make the best of it. Hopefully that play boosted his confidence and we'll see many more receptions from him during his final season as a Husker.

Kudos to Will! :clap

Yep, I remember when this kid came he got alot pub about having the measureables, just hasnt been able to crack the rotation yet. I was hoping with his Senior year he would be able to step and see the field.

Me too! I thought Will Henry was gonna be the next great WR when we signed him. But it just never happened. Yet.

i dont know why everyone has been so high on him from the start, he was a low rated 3 star prospect and the only reason ppl were excited is because of his height. he was given very unjustified expectations....

THIS. It is true but as much as I loved the height when he signed and since the first time I saw him in person my only thought was, "Give this kid a permenant seat at the training table and his own weight trainer, the kid was a rail and still pretty much is. I give him kudos on his effort and dedication to see the field, but I never gave him much thought when talking about WRs who would make an impact.

ok the 3 star part is not all of it but it is part of it. on top of that he was 6'6" and 195 pounds coming into the program. that is waaaayyyy too skinny to be playing WR at a major D1 university. at that height he needs to weigh at least 230 pounds to be effective and that just isnt going to happen.
