Sloan Carafello of Schenectady, who was observing on the flight, followed an instructor, student and videographer out the door, wearing no skydiving gear, officials said.

Police said they did not suspect foul play but would not elaborate.

Robert Rawlins, pilot and owner of the Duanesburg Skydiving Club, said he was flying the single-engine plane and had begun to close the door when Carafello jumped.

His body was found next to a house west of Albany.

Although it may sound messed up..........I wonder how the pics came out.

I didn't think you were allowed in the plane unless you were wearing a chute.

I remember my 1st jump North of Minden..

I accidently released from my main chute while trying to pull on the stearing straps.

Then in a panic, was feeling around the front for my reserve rip cord (Which was tied to my main chute since I was a rookie and already pulled).

By the time I remembered the last minute instructions about the reserve being tied to the main, I'd freefalled ~1000' because by feeling around for the pin, I was holding my reserve chute in.

Ah..Memories

Wish I could find a copy of the tape of that..I almost fainted when it was shown to me 15 minutes later.
