Jack McVeigh to Play Professionally in Australia

Does anyone want to share quick summary?

I am guessing playing time and Miles opening a spot for someone else like a grad transfer big.

Not surprised at all, I wish him well.  Went from multiple starts to basically zero playing time and reduced to captain of the Bench Mob.

Good luck to him!

 
The shock will be if he stays in the states playing college ball instead of going pro in kangaroo land

So it doesn't look like he is transferring to another college. 

It will be interesting if Copeland also decides to leave for pro ball (European), we suddenly become thin at the 4 spot.

 
Jack handled everything very well. I hope he stays in the states and goes to a smaller school. He has enough talent that he could get legit minutes at a lower level type program.

I dont think he will make too much $$ playing pro-ball but who knows.

 
He was a solid teammate who never complained publicly about his ever-diminishing role.

Great character (in multiple definitions) who never quite achieved what was needed.

Really rooting for his new directions to work out for him.

 
Same team that had Terrance Ferguson play for them. He was a five star coming out of high school, then he signed with Arizona. He then went to the 36ers and a year later he was a first round pick for the thunder. Now he is a rookie and has great potential for more. Maybe this team will help McVeigh reach a higher level.
