Some teams weird ratings but keep in mind, early in the season.

Pretty much. He even says so at the top of his ratings. They really don't start to paint an accurate picture until at least halfway through the season.

 
Interesting he has South Dakota State ranked above Southern Miss and Wyoming.

I don't mind his rankings. Its nice to see that he isn't biting the tOSU hype either. TCU at 14th, Boise St at 15th and Wisconsin being ranked at 17th above Michigan is odd to me though. Other than that, looks legit.

Yep, early season he has to use preseason rankings and other projections; it isn't until 6-7 games into the season that his ratings are based on current season stats and data standing alone; this is when they become accurate.

In August and September..........yep, I generally agreed. However Jeff's predictor column is pretty much accurate.
