That is one heck of a good idea and something that will teach each of every one of his players to not f#*k up and be on their best behavior.

 
I am glad to see this, at least one coach is willing to really impact kids lives, more than cring about recuirting. I think he is the only coach who would do this though and it is kind of a shame.
