"Juan" Nebraska Shirt (?)

Watching the NU/MSU game today I saw some dude wearing a red shirt that said "Juan" and had a picture of that Mexican fan that wears the Sombrero, handlebar mustache, and corn bandolier.

Anyone have a link on where to get this? Or even know what I'm talking about? Tried to Google it but no luck.

My guess is that the students had those made. I would try to get in contact with a student that knows somebody who knows somebody.
