Here's my favorite cold weather, throw it together, recipee. No dis-respect to 9-R-Girl, she can cook rings around me but here goes...

1 Lb bonless pork ribs

1 Lb ground beef, 80% lean

1.5 Lb Sweet Italian sausage

1 lg can diced tomatoes

1 can Cambles Tomato soup

2 cans Beef broth

1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables

1 pkg frozen corn

Cube ribs 1/2 to 3/4 in.

Brown and drain excess fat off all meat.

Add all the rest of the ingrediants plus one soup can water.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Bring to a light boil coverreduce heat and simmer for 60 to 90 mins.

Serve with crusty hard rolls or corn bread.

Tomorrow combine left overs with a can of pork 'n' beans add some Lousianna hot sauce and go Mexican.

You can also serve the left overs over noodles or rice.

Depending on how many you are feeding this can go a long way.
