There wasn't enough time left to worry about it. It's embarrassing, but then again the whole second half was pretty ugly, so it was fitting in a way.

you're right it is sad and in the end it has to be placed at pelini's feet. i like pelini as head coach and still think it was a great hire. however, i guess i expected alot more out of his team in his second year, expecially with the way they finished last year. i guess the defense is better this year, but i think that has more to do with them learning the system better then actually improved play or talent. the offense seems worse. oh well, i stil think we will win two more games and probably go to the indepedence bowl. the extra practice will be good for green.
