KC Star's plea to the Big XII

kinda pathetic. though, i think i would feel the same if oklahoma were leaving ya know? its nice to be able to play like this again

I'm noticing a theme in some of the articles that start out saying that Nebraska should run the gambit but start hedging that by saying that KSU really sucks. Pick a side!!

 
I seen this earlier, and got a good laugh at it. It would only be fitting if we won the Big XII Championship trophy, and took it with us, leaving the Little Ten with nothing to play for. Maybe then TexASS will come back to be the dominate force they believe themselves to be.

 
At the end of the article all i can picture is Ricky Bobby(Will Farrel) in his underwear yelling save us Mizzou save us Oklahoma save us Tom Crusie.

 
Isn't this just par for the course, though? The Big 12 is formed 15 years ago and these sheep all follow Texas' lead - "Think for us, Texas!" "Lead us, Texas!" "Tell us what is best for us, Texas!" Throughout the last 30-ish years of the Big 8 and through the history of the Big XII thus far, these schools (Kansas State, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa State, Oklahoma State) have all been looking for someone else to lead them, think for them and make the big decisions for them, and now that Nebraska appears to have some mojo going, they want someone else to, ONCE AGAIN, do their dirty work for them.

Well guess what, buttercup? This year it ain't gonna be Texas.
