Nebraska's Kelsey Griffin is a Minnesota Lynx. . . for the time being.
The Huskers' All-America forward was just taken with the third pick of the WNBA Draft, but a question was raised by the ESPN panel at the draft whether she'll remain a Lynx because she might be a better fit for another team.
Regardless of what happens, analyst Carolyn Peck said: "Tough as nails, that's what I like about Kelsey Griffin. She is brains on the floor.
". . . A coach understands how important that is. Isn't that right, Connie Yori."
Nebraska's coach was seated next to Griffin at the draft in Secaucus, N.J.
