Kentucky Coleslaw

Kentucky Coleslaw:

2 lbs. Cabbage, Shredded

1/4 Cup Grated Onion-(Opt.)

1/4 Cup Grated Carrots

1/2 Tsp. Salt, Sprinkled Over Cabbage

Mix:

2/3 Cup Salad Dressing

3 T. Oil

3 T. Tarragon Vinegar

1/2 Cup Sugar

Dissolve sugar in vinegar in mixing bowl; mix salad dressing and oil.

Add dressing mixture to cabbage, onion and carrots.

Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
