Kiffin Commits Third NCAA Violation

Pretty much a case-by-case basis for NCAA actions. But it's going to happen. The SEC tends to turn on their own when it comes to recruiting violations - the competiton is too fierce. And considering that Kiffen should know better - he was USC's recruiting coordinator, for Christ's sake - these screw-ups would seem to be a good indicator that he's going to pull a major blunder sometime, and another SEC school will for damn-sure report it.

But forget about fines or suspensions - hit 'em where it hurts. Severely reduce their available scholarships for the next year. That'll cripple them more than anything else.

 
Start HERE. What's interesting is that there are no rules or even general guidelines concerning penalties. The NCAA likes the freedom that gives them to impose whatever they want whenever they want.

This is gonna be HIGH COMEDY when the season starts. If he is saying this stuff now wait till he is in a press conference after having 30-50 dropped on him.
