Kosar back at Miami????

I'm not sure jumping into the HC position would be the best thing for either party. I don't think Kosar has any coaching experience. It would be best for him, if he's interested in coaching, to make himself available for a position coach to get some experience first and work his way up.

 
He doesnt have any coaching experiance. He has some consultation experiance with the QBs, but that is very different. Miami is a job most people dont want. They may end up with the currect DC as the HC, and that doesnt sound like enough of a change to fix anything.
