KT Tape

Also, when getting into the indications and "how it works," it can get fairly complicated if you are not certified or do not have a background in kinesiology or physical therapy, however, Youtube.com is a great resource to get started. The placing of the tape, the stretch on the tape, where it starts, where it ends...it all has a purpose in the realm of KT taping techniques.

The KT Tape website has some pretty good videos on how to properly apply it. I found the tape at Academy for $10 so I'll probably be trying it out soon.

Nice. That sounds like a very reasonable and cheap price.
