Lack of Physical WRs?

Our guys just need to become violent when they come off of the line. They just have to want it more and sometimes you just don't see the physicallity in them at all...........this goes for everyone on the team though. They have to want it more that's all..................

to sum it up, we have no receivers....Paul is our first guy coming on board that has real talent...again, SEC DB's and wideouts make our guys look sick.....if you can't play with those guys, forget about playing and beating USC and the like.....we simply have not gotten the talent in here yet and TE play is virtually non existant.....
What about Purify?

what about him? more hype and no consistent play.....none of our guys even got honorable mention BIG 12.

how can we say we are loaded at WR, when honestly Dave, probably not a damn one of these guys would start for Texas, Texas A&M or ANY SEC team......not picking on them, but damnit that's the reality here and now

I really don't know if the receivers were the problem on Monday, but yes in general our receivers have some problems getting off the press. However, with some practice a guy with Purify's measurables should be able to do it.

now i agree with that, Purify has the make up to improve his technique, i am not so sure the rest of the guys have that
