Larenzo Stewart was a 2014 RB commit that did not qualify academically, so the old Nebraska staff helped place him at IWCC. Sounds like he is still all

His twitter profile also has him as "Committed to Nebraska"

It will be interesting to watch his recruitment over the next year.

Posted this another place this came up: Pretty sure he definitely wants to be here but not sure how the new staff feels. They like bigger backs and not sure if they see a role as a slot-type guy.

The big back thing is overplayed imo. If you're a good back, you're a good back. I dont believe Ameer is a big back.
Kind of like when Bo thought we needed big LBs for the big ten. He found out that didnt work and started to start recruiting faster guys again. Speed will always win, i dont care what conference you're in. Now if you can get big and fast like guys you see at Bama and tOSU all the better. But if you have to choose i would take speed over size every time.

Albeit, this kid is REALLY small so we will have to see. I have a feeling they will probably move on.

I hope he ends up being a husker. He has elite speed and is low to the ground. If I had to project him in the future, he could very well end up being a Tyreek Hill type player. Minus off the the field issues. You can never undersell his desire to be here. With his speed, you can find a place for him.
