Yeah, looked like more of a practice plan. Probably had a partial page out of a playbook.

There is nothing of real substance in there as far as calls or schemes. Like others said already, it's basically their team/defensive philosophy. Pretty standard for just about every team from big high schools to the NFL.

Hey saunders is back

Had to take a sabbatical. Between work and a new babby, spare time was hard to find. Now I'm back in the office more, so I have more free time.

Can't wait for spring practice to start.
