I think he has a point. Nebrasketball is a joke to many. It makes me really sad, because i love Nebrasketball.

This is what needed to happen. I enjoy reading Rosenthal's articles and usually Sipples, but they seem to be afraid to say what needs to be said. Finally someone did it. Hopefully this kinda stuff continues to get printed, because that's about the only way to get the university's attention... obviously rumblings in the department and amongst a few donors hasn't been enough, this helps bring in some noise from the casual fans.

You could tell this article rattled the admnistration a little bit, and I'm not talking about the fact that they called a meeting simply to discuss the points addressed in the article. Did anyone else at the game notice that the half time entertainment was referred to SEVERAL times as the NBA's voted #1 halftime entertainment? They dropped that line more than once. Also, listening to Boehm on the radio afterwards - he was dang near tears and getting choked up and talking like NU had just won the NC. This article shook things up, that's for sure.
