Yes, I believe he has been practicing with the defense for a day or two now.

Thats good that he is doing it now so that he will have enough practice time to hopefully make a difference in the first couple of games on defense.

I thought there was a write up about this in yesterday's OWH. He has plenty of speed and should be pretty good at either Safety spot. We need someone behind Shanle.

That sounds like a good move IMO...When Leon was being recruited the experts were saying his future is at safety in the NFL.

Point is we have depth/competition those two things are needed especially with the question marks we have swirling around our unproven frosh secondary this year. Bullocks our only returning starter. Go Secondary! :thumbs
