Libel and the Internet

This seems kind of a bunk thing to sue somebody over. How exactly was the designer damaged? I keep reading but all I can see is that she's just mad that Courtney Love said bad things about her clothes.

Most of the LSU fans here keep telling me Nebraska sucks. Maybe I should sue them for libel?

Where did you get that? Love got sued for alleging that the designer had a history of dealing cocaine. It's easy to see how that is damaging to someone's reputation.

 
Oooooh okay I see. Sorry... I get dizzy when reading long things so I hop to conclusions. I thought it said she was talking about the designer's clothes. My bad carlfense! :dunno
