Line currently stands at Nebraska +4

This really is a surprise to me. The line started at (what I thought was VERY surprising) Nebraska +6. I figured it would be up in the +10.5-11 range by this time, but it stood at +5.5 yestereday. I look a few minutes ago and it stands at +4! Something must be going on that we don't know about because this seems VERY fishy (OU guys hurt? New super-secret play? Eric Crouch lining up at QB?).

It means the Huskers will win the game, that's all...

It looks as if the books are going to be cautious with this game, as it's kind of a Jeckyl/Hyde situation with both of these teams. They have no idea which team is going to show up on either side as both teams are prone to turn the ball over. Also, OU did lose a few more to injuries last week vs. Kansas St. on the OL and WR positions.

Key injuries for OU for Saturday:

[QB] 10/25/2009 - Sam Bradford out for season ( Shoulder )

[TE] 09/08/2009 - Jermaine Gresham out for season ( Knee )

[DT] 09/08/2009 - DeMarcus Granger out indefinitely ( Back )

[OG] 11/01/2009 - Tavaris Jeffries "?" Saturday vs. Nebraska ( Suspension )

[OG] 11/03/2009 - Brian Simmons is downgraded to expected to miss Saturday vs. Nebraska ( Knee )

[WR] 11/01/2009 - Adron Tennell injured last game, "?" Saturday vs. Nebraska ( Shoulder )

[WR] 11/05/2009 - Brandon Caleb is upgraded to probable Saturday vs. Nebraska ( Ankle )

On a typical +4/+5.5 spread I would lay bones on the dog, but until this anemic offense finds their way, I wouldn't even chance it.

I say, save your money and play against this year's money making losers in the NFL like St. Louis, Detroit, Kansas City, and Oakland.

maybe the fact its a night game makes a difference. at night memorial stadium tends to actually get loud and in general the atmosphere is just a little crazier (probably due to drinking).

Also, this team seems to play the best later in the day IMO. 1130 is terrible for us for some reason. I wonder if they are waking the kids up too early for game day prep.

Depends on what outlet you look at too. LV open has actually moved it up. Their books are a -7 OK.
Huh? It's 4-4.5 everywhere, and that includes Vegas. Mindblowing to say the least, especially that it's coming down.
I think he was mistaking the OPEN line for a current line as the books on the strip opened at +6.5 and others at +7 respectively for the Huskers.
