I don't know if Wali would be quick enough or fast enough to cover anyone, but then again neither are Bradley or Seivers. I think that we could use him to blitz. His power and speed from a running start would vastly help our pass rush if we moved him to outside backer.

He's much faster than either of the other two. He's a burner.

 
I'm all for him moving to outside backer so that we can get our best athletes on the field for defense. We need to make some sort of a change and this is a good place to start.
