I'm sure he's sees the writing on the wall. I sure he's had the "talk" with cosgrove.

He's not gonna' throw anyone under the bus in public...he learned his lesson with the "dumbest team ever" comment.

 
Address it how? By firing Cosgrove and replacing him with...who? My grandma? I don't know how he's going to address this, since as far as I know we probably don't have anyone who could realistically take over at D coord. We're stuck with him til the end of the season. Now, if nothing happens at the end of the season, then we've got a real problem.

 
Toughest woman I ever met! hehe But you know what I mean, who would we replace him with mid-season? One might be able to make a fair argument that it would be tough to end up worse off, though. heh

 
WTH do you want him to do? In order to keep the team mentally together, he cant go and swear out his DC to the media. The only time I have ever seen anything close to it was Spurrier calling out his DC in a post game. And he later said he regretted it.

Yeah he has to keep a calm front and take care of business behind closed doors.

 
What I'd like to see is Cally not spin shameful/uninspired performances positively like Solich did in 2002.

He can't call out Cosgrunt in public, and firing him mid-season ain't going to happen.

Hopefully, it'll be an interesting week in practice. If it's status quo - we've got huge problems.

 
How about he goes to his defense on the sidelines and get them fired up and he needs to honestly say he is embarrassed by the last 2 weeks.
