Martinez was 70th for passing yards last year. That is why I don't respect the argument that he is going to hold the school records.

If we're talking NCAA single season or career records then no, probably not. But if we're talking about breaking the Nebraska's various season and/or career records then that's much more likely given he has two more years of eligibility.
