Don't get me wrong...I've known Matt since college...we are probably more than aquaintances, some may call us friends...

he's a great analyst...

but much like Johny Miller, I don't like the sound of his voice over a broadcast.

 
I like Johnny Miller. He calls it like it is. Matt does too and it's refreshing to not get the normal propaganda.

don't get me wrong...I totally agree...I was just saying I wish he had that broadcasting touch that made yo feel all nice and warm inside...

I guess I shouldn't wish for much more...since my biggest wish was granted on Monday...

 
Matt is no Joe Buck, but he's decent... infinitely better than Fiala.

Every other word out of Fiala is "uh..." and then he always pulls the MXC-cliche "Right you are, Jim..."

I don't think Matt even majored in broadcasting. If someone has an old media guide from '97, maybe they can correct me.

He started doing local NAPA ads, because they wanted a former Husker, and his career took off from there.
