They said a inside the ankle bone bruise. Dunno really if that is true or not. :dunno

I'm pretty optimistic about it. If it was an ACL thing, there's no way he got off the field like he did. Or the stretching you saw on the sideline. Bone bruise looks more correct. Should be back for next week.

Nebraska linebacker Corey McKeon left the game early with an apparent ankle injury, but teammate Stewart Bradley said he thinks McKeon will be back for next week's game.

Watching him walk off the field, I noticed that his ankle looked like he had a baseball inside his sock. He probably just has an ankle sprain. At least thats what I hope.

I am sure everyone saw him doing calf raises on the sidelines during the PPV broadcast. I'd say a sprain or just a bad bruise it probably the case. I'd consider him probable for Texas.

I feel that it is very important that we get McKeon back for this game against Texas. Not only do I think he is our best linebacker, but more importantly I feel he is our fastest linebacker (remember when he ran the ISU receiver down from behind last year). We will need his speed to help contain the Texas team speed.
